"Desiree Goldman and Becca Ferris are an amazing team. They helped me buy a wonderful home as a first time buyer in an extremely hot 2022 market. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, but also easily approachable. They are easy to communicate with and coordinate schedules. They have a deep rooted network in the Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Durham area and can help you get set up inspectors, closing attorneys, contractors, etc throughout the whole process. They scheduled all the right folks even before I thought about it and made my closing perfectly smooth and on schedule. They know the best locations, builders, amenities, etc. On the flip side they also know the yellow and red flags to be aware of when browsing. There were several times they caught huge issues I wasn’t aware of during our search. They helped me get settled before our search began, guided me through 3.5 months of searching and offering, and continue to help me post closing with transitioning to the new home. I absolutely and sincerely recommend these two as your agents without reservations."

"When we had to put our home on the market due to a work relocation, we knew it would need a fair amount of updating and TLC. Desiree guided us through the entire process and even took a great deal of it in hand herself, selecting fixtures and materials, and largely managing the project. Thanks to her deep knowledge of what buyers are looking for (and her very extensive Rolodex), we were able to focus on the upgrades that mattered most without breaking our budget. When it came time to put our house on the market, Desiree’s advice was spot-on. The house sold quickly and above list. She was even able to negotiate a nice offer into one that checked all our boxes. Desiree’s style is quite direct and it can be tough to hear that the home you’ve lived in and loved is not what’s going to attract buyers. But putting ourselves in Desiree’s hands and following her advice were the best decisions we could have made. She knows her business and this market inside and out. When it came to preparing our house for sale, no detail was too small for her attention, and that made all the difference, even in this hot market.
